...and got it. The trials and tribulations of being a lacrosse goalie. Took the boy in for an x-ray today to see if he would be ok for this weekend's tourney, and it's a good thing I did...his thumb is broken and any additional trauma could damage his growth plate. He's heart-broken of course, and feels he's letting the team down. But still plans to be on the sideline to cheer them on.
This young buck on the wood-chippy horizon is probably standing close to where his home used to be. Sorry buddy, it's time to move on.
This little birdie has been visiting my window sill everyday for a week or so. His tapping even woke me up before my alarm. I wonder what he's trying to tell me?!
