Project 365 {WEEK 22} - Pancakes, Parade, Party and Petunias

This week was just what the doctor ordered; the perfect, unofficial start of summer, with sunshine and good memories in the making. The weather finally cooperated, letting us get some much needed yard work done Saturday and Sunday, so we could take Memorial Day off to spend it with friends. And even though Tuesday meant that the majority of us had to go back to work, the early morning sun pouring through my bedroom window, provided enough motivation to drag myself out of bed and face the day.

So now the countdown is on to the end of the school year, only a few days left. Might take a little more than the sunshine to start my engines in the upcoming weeks, but like I said last year, how bad can it be? I totally got this! Just curious, do they have WI/FI at the pool?

A Sunday morning treat for my sleepy little mermaids. The first batch off the griddle were shaped like mermaid tails, (well, to the best of my abilities anyway) but the girls grabbed them so fast that I didn't have time to take a pic. This was round 2.
