Just a quick 6 month update on my Humpty Dumpty Saga: Ribs seem to be holding steady for the moment...[pause for applause]...and I had my 5th traction treatment this week which seems to be helping the disc in my neck, despite a few zingers that I still experience every so often. We're now moving on to the beast that is my decades-old shoulder injury. Hopefully with some more butt-kicking PT and continued strength training I can get my wing back into working order. It's not going to be easy to undo all that's been done, but I'll get there eventually.

Spent the weekend with family at a Wisconsin Dells Resort and Indoor Waterpark. I was not allowed to leave Sunday until my brother beat the arcade pop-a-shot record. He's a legend.

"I can't walk through life facing backwards, I have tried." Thought I could squeeze in my walk before the rain came, but I was wrong. Made it about a mile before the downpour...I was soaked.

Day 289 {From Where I Stand} - You've Been Served
Long day of sports for this fella; football in the morning and volleyball all afternoon. Tomorrow he plays lacrosse. So much for a restful weekend!
