Thanksgiving has come and gone. The decorations have been packed away, the leftovers have been eaten and the calories are still waiting to be burned off. Ironic that the biggest feasts of the year, (at least in my world), all occur within weeks of each other, just as our weather gets cold. I guess my options are to either eat less or brave the elements (or the treadmill), and since eating less doesn't really sound like too much fun, I suppose I'll have to put on my game-face and keep logging the miles.
